SolPump provides a platform for creating, launching, and trading tokens on the Solana blockchain. Our services include token creation, liquidity pool management, trading interfaces, and related features.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of their wallet and private keys
- Ensuring they have sufficient funds for transactions
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Using the platform in a manner that does not disrupt service for others
- Creating tokens that do not infringe on intellectual property rights
4. Token Creation Terms
When creating tokens on SolPump:
- You represent that you have the right to create and distribute the token
- You understand that token tickers must be unique
- You agree to the fee structure, including platform fees and trading fees
- You acknowledge that tokens created cannot be deleted from the blockchain
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all token information provided
5. Trading and Liquidity
When trading or providing liquidity:
- You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
- You acknowledge that liquidity providers may experience impermanent loss
- You agree that trades are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain
- You understand that market conditions can change rapidly
6. Fees
SolPump charges fees for various services:
- Platform fees for token creation and launches
- Trading fees on all swaps (typically 2%)
- Fee distribution between token creators, liquidity providers, and the platform
- Network fees for Solana blockchain transactions
Fee structures are subject to change with notice to users.
7. Limitation of Liability
SolPump is not liable for:
- Financial losses due to market volatility or trading decisions
- Loss of access to wallets or private keys
- Disruptions in service due to blockchain network issues
- Actions of third parties or other users
- Regulatory changes that may affect token values or platform operations
8. Intellectual Property
All content on SolPump, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SolPump or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
9. Termination
SolPump reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for any reason without prior notice.
10. Changes to Terms
SolPump may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SolPump operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
